Custom Sonny Angel Keychain — Ordering Process

1. After placing your order, I will contact you within 24 hours using the email address you provided. Alternatively, you may proactively send your customization request to my email(candra9501@hotmail.com) or via TikTok/Instagram DM — please include your order number.

2. In your message, please provide the following details: chosen Angel, outfit style, hardware color and hook type (star / heart), keychain color scheme, and two charm choices (choose the same two charms shown in the video, or I can send you alternative styles). Also include any additional notes.

3. I will send you a layout preview first. After you confirm it, I will assemble the keychain. You are entitled to one free revision after assembly — please submit your free revision request within 24 hours of receiving the finished photos; if no revision request is made within that window, the design will be considered approved. Additional revisions will incur a fee.
